  • 1/2 kg - red chillies
  • 1/4 kg - Kashmir chillies or any other variety for colour
  • 100 g - cumin seeds
  • 100 g - mustard seeds
  • 100 g - pepper corns
  • 2 tbsp - turmeric powder
