Ingredients

  • 2 cup - water spinach, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • 5 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 - red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal
  • 3 - curry leaves
  • Salt

How to Make Water Spinach Stir-fry

  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and red chillies
  • Add the chopped onions and stir till it turns translucent.
  • Add the minced garlic, stir for 2 mins
  • Add the chopped water spinach to the kadai and add salt
  • Simmer for 10 mins
  • Add grated coconut and remove from fire.
