Ingredients

  • For the filling:
  • 1 cup - cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, chopped
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • For the dough:
  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 cup - plain flour
  • Water
  • Salt

How to Make Wheat-Cabbage rotis

  • Mix flour, salt and water together to make soft dough.
  • Heat some oil, add jeera and all the vegetables and cook them till they are soft and done.
  • Remove from flame and set aside.
  • Now divide the dough into equal parts and roll out.
  • Place some filling in the middle of the rolled dough and shape into a ball again.
  • Now very gently roll in again thinly and cook both the sides by applying some oil or ghee till done.
  • Serve hot.
