  • Wheat Flour (used for chappaties) - 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar (Dark Brown) - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 stick
  • Nuts (optional)

How to Make Wheat Flour Halwa

  • Take a microwaveable container and put in 1 tsp of butter and the broken nuts and microwave it for 1 min.
  • Remove the nuts and keep aside. Put the wheat flour and 1 tsp of butter and roast it in the microwave for 1 minute stirring it once in between.
  • Mix 4 cups of water with 1 cup of Brown sugar in another container. Once the sugar is fully dissolved pour it over the roasted wheat flour stirring continuously without forming lumps.
