Ingredients

  • 2 cups - wheat rava
  • 1 cup - brown rice
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • salt

How to Make Wheat Rava & Brown Rice Dosa

  • Wash and soak the wheat rava and brown rice for 3 hours together.
  • Soak the rolled oats for half an hour separately.
  • Grind everything together into a coarse batter with enough salt.
  • Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread as a dosa.
  • Cook on both the sides.
  • Serve hot with any spicy chutney.
