  • Wheat - 1 cup
  • Rava - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli, finely chopped - 2
  • Corainder leaves, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Onion, chopped - 1
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Wheat Rava Masala Dosa

  • Sieve the wheat flour and rava together and keep in a bowl.
  • Add copped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chil
  • powder, garam masala and lemon juice into flour.
  • Make a thin paste of it with the help of water.
  • Heat the tawa and pour one ladle paste to make a dosa.
  • Cook till brown.
  • Serve with chutney of your choice.
