Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Wheat Flour
  • 2 cups - Spinach (Palak)
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsps - Curd
  • 1 cups - Boiled Mashed Potato
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Sesame Seeds

How to Make Wheat Roti

  • Mix all the ingredients with a little water to make a dough.
  • Roll balls of the dough into rotis.
  • Put it on non-stick tawa.
  • Pour ghee on both sides and fry till golden yellow.
