1 cup - Boiled small white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup - Boil Black kidney beans drained and rinsed
2 - medium garlic gloves, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup - water, plus more as needed
3 tbsp - fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp - olive oil
1 tsp - salt
2 tbsp - cheesy garlic spread
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp - chopped fresh coriander
Tortilla chips for serving (optional)
How to Make White and Black Bean Hummus
Place both beans, garlic, water, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cheesy garlic spread, and pepper to taste in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade attachment. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
If the dip is too thick, add more water, one tbsp at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
Transfer to a medium bowl, add the cilantro, and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt or lemon juice as needed.
Serve with Tortilla chips.
