Ingredients

  • 1 tender white radish
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sprig mint leaves
  • 1 sprig coriander
  • 1 green chilli grated
  • 2 pinches ginger grated
  • 1 cup - tied curd
  • 1/2 tsp - ground sugar
  • salt to taste

How to Make White Radish Dip

  • Clean and chop radish, onion, mint and coriander very fine.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate till chill.
  • Serve with chilled cucumber, carrot, boiled potato fingers.
