  • 1 piece Yellow Pumpkin
  • 200 gm Boiled Rice
  • 100 gm Raw Rice
  • 5 Red Chillies
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Yellow Pumpkin Adai

  • Soak boiled rice and raw rice for 3 hours.
  • Cut the yellow pumpkin into small pieces. Put it in the mixie and grind well.
  • Then add the boiled rice and raw rice and grind along with the red chillies, asafoetida and salt.
  • Heat an adai tava, pour the batter and fry it on both sides.
