  • Yellow Pumpkin - 200 g
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter (optional)

How to Make Yellow Pumpkin Soup

  • Deseed and clean the pumpkin.
  • Sprinkle some water on the pumpkin and microwave on high for 7 mins.
  • Now, place it in cold water for 2 mins.
  • Now scoop out the pulp without the skin. Puree in a blender until smooth.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, water and microwave in a deep bowl for 4 mins.
  • Serve hot with a dollop of butter.
