  • 2 litres - milk
  • 10 tbsp - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - semolina
  • 1 tbsp - maida
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • For Garnishing:
  • 3 tbsp - fried cashew nut pieces

How to Make Yummy Cheesecake

  • Boil the milk and add a little whey to it.
  • Tie the curdled milk in a muslin cloth and strain all the whey and beat the cheese till it turns firm.
  • Sieve the flour and baking powder 2-3 times.
  • Mix the flour, semolina, sugar and cardamom powder and blend till smooth.
  • Preheat oven.
  • Grease a baking dish and dust it with flour.
  • Pour the cheese mixture, garnish with the nuts and bake till brown.
  • Prick a knife or fork in the middle and if it comes out clean, then the cake is done. Let it cool.
  • Serve cold with chocolate sauce.
