Ingredients

  • 1 cup - urad dal
  • 1 cup - Bengal gram dal
  • 8 - red chillies
  • 4 - onions
  • 6 - green chillies
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  • Coriander leaves - for garnishing

How to Make Yummy Masala Vadai

  • Soak the dals and red chillies for an hour.
  • Drain the water and grind them coarsely.
  • Finely chop the rest of the ingredients - onions, green chillies, ginger and coriander.
  • Mix all these with the ground dals, add salt to taste.
  • Deep fry vadas in hot oil.
