  • 2-carrots

  • 1-potato
  • 1-capsicum
  • 1-cauliflower
  • 100 g -peas
  • 1- onion
  • salt
  • 1 tsp- turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp- oil
  • 1 tsp- mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp -asafoetida powder
  • coriander leaves
  • Ingredients for masala:
  • 2 tsp-channa dhal
  • 2 tsp- dhaniya
  • 2 tsp- peanuts
  • 6- red chillies

How to Make Yummy Mixed Vegetable Curry

  • Fry all the masala ingredients without oil in a kadai and powder it.
  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds to it.
  • Add onions and fry it until it turns brown.
  • Next, add all the vegetables to it with turmeric powder, salt and allow it to cook for a few mins with very little water.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, add the ground masala powder and add asafoetida powder and mix well.
  • To garnish add coriander leaves.
