  • Pack of Chicken Noodles (cooked as per cover instructions) - 1
  • Prawns - 25-30 pieces
  • Egg - 1
  • Ajinomoto - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce - 1.5 tbsp
  • A sprig of Curry Leaves
  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tbsp

How to Make Yumyum Noodles

  • Add salt as required to the beaten egg and scramble with some oil. Keep aside.
  • Take some oil and deep fry prawns. Keep aside.
  • In the same oil, put ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves and stir for a minute.
  • Add ajinomoto, soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce and mix well (all this to be done on a low flame).
  • Now add the scrambled egg and fried prawns and mix well. Keep stirring till everything is evenly coated.
  • Add the boiled noodles and mix well.
  • Remove from fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
