Ingredients

  • 500 g - potatoes, roasted
  • 1 tsp (5 g) - finely chopped green chillies
  • 2 tsp (10 g) - fried onions
  • 4 tsp (20 g) - fried cashewnuts
  • 2 tsp (10 g) - mint leaves
  • 1 tsp (5 g) - garam masala powder
  • 3 sprigs - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp (10 g) - corn flour
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Zarda Seekh Kabab

  • Put all the ingredients, except corn flour, in a mixing jar and grind till fine.
  • Add corn flour for binding.
  • Divide the mixture into lemon sized portions.
  • Roll into cylindrical kebabs along the greased skewers.
  • Cook in a hot oven or over charcoal fire for eight to 10 minutes or till done.
  • Slice and serve with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
