Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Zucchini (grated finely)
  • 1 - Onion (big & chopped finely)
  • 1/4 cup - Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp - Gram flour
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for Deep Frying

How to Make Zucchini & Oats Pakoda

  • Mix together the grated zucchini, onions, rolled oats, gram flour, rice flour, baking powder, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, and salt.
  • Sprinkle some water and knead everything into a dough.
  • Heat oil for deep frying, make small balls from the dough and drop gently into the hot oil.
  • Fry until they turn crispy and golden brown.
