  • 3 - zucchini
  • Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Mustard
  • Oil
  • 2 - red chillies
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Zucchini Masala Chutney

  • Cook the zucchinis along with cumin seeds, fennel seeds, chilli powder and garam masala till they are tender.
  • Puree them to a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard.
  • When mustard splutters add the red chilli and the zucchini puree into the kadai.
  • Heat it for a few minutes and then remove it from the heat.
  • Your zucchini chutney is ready to serve.
